It was a started studded night at the USA Network and Vanity Fair Character Approved 2010 Awards held on Thursday, February 26, 2010 in New York City.

Matt Damon is back in another tale of conspiracy, intrigue and the search for the truth in the thriller Green Zone.  This time around he is U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer Roy Miller who leads his team into the Iraqi desert to find hidden weapons.  And, though this is not a Bourne movie it is bound to give all Jason Bourne fans the excitement they've been seeking since The Bourne Ultimatum in 2007.  

Green Zone opens Friday, March 12th.

Recently I had the great pleasure of chatting with actor/comedian Stephen Merchant.  You may recognize Stephen as the writing partner of comedian Ricky Gervais.  Together they are comedic geniuses who have created shows such as the original British The Office and Extras.

In an interview I did for Starpulse.com concerning the new animated series The Ricky Gervais Show based on their podcasts, Merchant was fun to talk to and indeed funny.

Sade, Soldier Of Love (Sony)

It's been more than a decade since we've heard any new music from songstress Sade, but her new release Soldier Of Love picks up right where she left off.  Besides her seemingly eternal beauty, judging from the cover of her new release, the singer delivers the smoky sounds that she has long become known for.  The opening track, "Soldier Of Love," sets an easy mood that is found throughout the rest of her new album.

You may be familiar with Gilles Marini as a former model and for his sexy role as Dante in the first Sex And The City movie.  Gilles also participated in ABC's Dancing with the Stars season 8, coming in at second place on the show's season finale.

Having moved on to other projects, Marini currently has a pictorial out of himself.  It's the Gilles Marini 2010 Calendar captured by Fred Goudon, an award-winning photographer.

Sure the calendar is beautiful to look at because Gilles is quite a stunning man, however, it serves a purpose which is a great one.  All benefits from the sales will go to the Maximum Hope Foundation which helps families with terminally ill kids.

I recently enjoyed playing amateur stylist when I had the great opportunity to preview the Quiksilver Spring 2010 and the Roxy Summer 2010 collections.

I encountered an assortment of girly pieces from each line ranging from cheeky summer dresses and jumpsuits, shorts, rocking mini jackets, including belts and handbags.

In my role as amateur stylist I paired these cute white Quiksilver shorts with their 'Cake Walk' pullover, which can be worn with a simple or colorful tank top underneath.

For Roxy, I opted to match their green 'Sunset' dress with the gray 'Forget Me Not' vest.  I love the studded embellishments on this jacket - this item can be worn casually or dressed up.

Other standout pieces included this navy blue jumpsuit from Roxy.  I totally wanna wanna wanna want it!

Passing by the Dior store window in NYC on 57th St (between 5th Ave. and Madison) I encountered beauty in violet, silver and black.

Items so new, they are not even up on their website yet.  Therefore, if you amour Dior, then you are best off sauntering to their store to indulge in some eye candy such as this:
