Roasted Maine Diver Scallops by chef Leo Forneas
GOODNESS pop-up restaurant, conceived by model/philanthropist Elettra Wiedemann, experienced success once again this Fall/Winter 2012 Fashion Week season.
Held at Robert this year, which is situated at the top of the Museum of Art and Design, diners had a choice between an a la carte or a prixe fixe menu ($35).

And, who exactly was behind the burner? The culinary masters featured chef Mario Batali of Babbo, Robert's own Leo Forneas as well as chefs Alain Allegretti of La Promenade and Julian Medina of Toloache.

When I spoke to Elettra, upon my visit to the venue, I asked her if she foresaw including a female chef at some point at GOODNESS, especially with Fashion Week geared so heavily towards women. She told me that she definitely would love to have female chefs in future, not just one. Way to rock the female culinary power is what I say to that, Elettra. I look forward to femme GOODNESS in upcoming seasons of Fashion Week.
