It's Fashion Week once again and we fashionistas know what happens then. A lot of fashion shows, presentations, hanging out with friends and much unhealthy eating.

Well, model and philanthropist Elettra Wiedemann (daughter of actress Isabella Rossellini) has come up with a chic pop-up restaurant concept to keep us eating well while on the go during show week. The restaurant is called
"Goodness," which serves up an array of wholesome dishes like mushroom omelet with tomato fricassee for breakfast and grilled scallops with shaved vegetables for lunch, just to give you an idea.

Now, with "Goodness" one is allowed to add a bit of "Badness" to their meal. Elettra is not saying that one should sit and stuff their face with lettuce and tomatoes. Hello, that would be so boring! Having teamed up with several chef geniuses on the New York restaurant scene like Christopher Rendell of Whitehall, Rob Newton of Seersucker, Nick Wilbur of The Fat Radish and Ed Brown of Ed's Chowder House, the badness menu comes to life via mouthwatering dishes such as The Fat Radish cheeseburger with duck fat chips or montauk swordfish with grilled corn and zucchini succotash. Oh, that is naughty! But, having spoken to Elettra about this cuisine, I can assure you that she's made sure it's not overly naughty for your health.
When: "Goodness" will be open September 11th-14th during Fashion Week
Where: 44 West 63rd Street (the restaurant space is normally Ed's Chowder House next to the Empire Hotel)
Time: 7am- 3pm
By the way, free wi-fi access by Orange Hat Group is also available while you enjoy your food. Happy eating!
